Also known as Greenland Halibut, this flatfish is known for its lean, firm flesh and sweet flavour.

A staple in the cuisines of many European and Asian countries, Squid is no longer seen as just bait. The rest of the world is awakening to the culinary potential of this member of the Mollusc family.

Referring to fish that feed away from the ocean floor, these species include Mackerel, Herring, and Capelin.
